Monday – Rest day
Tuesday – Rest day
Wednesday – 1.5 mile run and core strength training
ThursdayBex Life Hater Work Out + one  minute plank
Friday – Rest day
Saturday – 5.5 mile run
Sunday – Hip Strengthening + 1 minute of plank

** This was one of my worst weeks. But life can get busy and I’m not going to beat myself up over it.
